Saturday September15 it was time to celebrate this years incredible BlueLake trip, but this time we we went to the Blueys for a climbing marathon. Just like at Blue Lake it was a day with many highlights: Jasmine and Ben's first day on real rock, Diane styling up hard moves that the boys couldn't do and Leo flashing everthing he put his hands on. We only left when the sun had disappeared and after demolishing everything that the Little Trigge Wall - with the world's hardest grade 19 move - could throw at us, and then some. We topped it all off with a cold beer at the Mt.Victoria Pub on Saturday.

On Sunday it was time for round two for those of us left standing with a change of style: cracks and natural pro, where the order of the day and Jason and Mark soaked up some of Mount Piddington's classics. Diane, Jason and Martin's ascents of The Eternity (18, 5stars) were the highlights, but not before Psychopath (18, 5stars) managed to rattle the bones of Leo and Roman.
Mount Piddington
Live it up, fill your cup
drown your sorrows and sow your wild oats while you may
for the toothless old tykes of tomorrow
where the tigers of yesterday.
